Code update for PSKmail on the Android
Operating system by John, VK2ETA.
The main objective of this development is to provide an ultra-portable, as in backpack or bicycle for example, Pskmail client solution, which can run on an Android phone or tablet.
NEW: AndPskmail version 1.0.0
Key changes from B0.99.02:
Mainly user interface improvements and issues fixes:
a. Made the tune length variable and added an option of toggle on/off. Length in seconds is configurable in the Modem parameters, with zero being toggle.
b. Added automatic update of Session Password when doing a server update as per PC version.
c. Added menu action items “Update Session Password” and “Delete User Record”.
d. The “Modem On/Off” and “Stop Tx” buttons have been moved to the first line of
buttons to prevent accidental selection (mainly for phones with physical buttons just under the screen).
e. Added confirmation pop-up for Disconnect action.
f. Fixed the flickering of the waterfall display.
g. Fixed the flickering of the Modem text display. Text is now selectable ONLY WHEN the modem is OFF.
h. Fixed issue with some devices not displaying GPS time in Terminal and APRS
As always bug and idea for improvements are welcomed.
