xtlf-1.0.3beta.tar.gz: Xtlf program for beta testing - 16 June 2006

Xtlf has now been packaged into 1 archive, including the config information.
Untar the archive in your home directory and run (as root) ./install.sh
You can then start with 'xtlf'.
